Who we are<\/h2>\n<p>Viajes Maxitours is a commercial establishment of <strong>Inversiones Maxitours S.A.S.<\/strong>, a tour agency based in Medell\u00edn, Colombia, listed in the National Tourism Registry under number <strong>RNT 172253<\/strong>. We operate tours and day trips departing from Medell\u00edn to different destinations in Antioquia.<\/p>\n<p>By booking a tour on this website, by WhatsApp or through any of our channels, you accept these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Bookings<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The booking is registered when you receive confirmation by email or WhatsApp with the date, the tour and the number of people.<\/li>\n<li>To process travel insurance you must provide the full name and ID number (national ID or passport) of each passenger.<\/li>\n<li>The customer is responsible for checking that the booking details (date, tour, meeting point and WhatsApp contact number) are correct.<\/li>\n<li>Spots are subject to availability. Some tours only operate certain days of the week, on holidays or in season.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>3. Prices and payments<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Published prices are in Colombian pesos (COP) per person and include what is described on each tour page.<\/li>\n<li>We do not require deposits: payment is made on the day of the tour, when we pick you up, unless another method is stated on the tour page or in the confirmation.<\/li>\n<li>Services not included (additional meals, purchases, tips, optional tickets) are paid by the traveler.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4. Cancellations and changes<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour's departure time.<\/li>\n<li>If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or do not show up (no-show), 50&nbsp;% of the tour price will be charged.<\/li>\n<li>If Viajes Maxitours cancels the tour for its own reasons, weather, safety or public order, you can reschedule or cancel it without any penalty.<\/li>\n<li>Date change requests are subject to availability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>5. Punctuality and meeting point<\/h2>\n<p>Travelers must be at the meeting point or at their hotel reception at the time stated in the confirmation. Out of respect for the group, the vehicle cannot wait beyond the stated time; failing to show up on time is considered a no-show.<\/p>\n<h2>6. During the tour<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Itineraries and schedules are approximate and may be adjusted due to traffic, weather, road closures or other circumstances beyond our control, always aiming to preserve the experience.<\/li>\n<li>Minors must travel with their father, mother or an authorized responsible adult.<\/li>\n<li>Travelers must follow the guide's instructions and the rules of each attraction, and inform us in advance of any health condition that should be taken into account.<\/li>\n<li>Viajes Maxitours is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings during the tour.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>7. Liability<\/h2>\n<p>We act as a tour operator and travel agency in accordance with Law 300 of 1996 and other tourism regulations. Some services (park tickets, activities or meals) are provided by third parties; in those cases we are responsible for the intermediation and coordination of the service under the terms of the law.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Protection of children and adolescents<\/h2>\n<p class=\"mxp-nt\">In compliance with Law 679 of 2001 and Law 1336 of 2009, Viajes Maxitours rejects and reports the sexual exploitation and abuse of children and adolescents. The sexual exploitation and abuse of minors are crimes punishable under Colombian law.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Personal data<\/h2>\n<p>The data you provide is processed according to our <a href=\"\/en\/politica-de-tratamiento-de-datos-personales\/\">Personal Data Processing Policy<\/a> and our <a href=\"\/en\/politica-privacidad\/\">Privacy policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>10.
